Changes:
- Increased the Event Monster bonus of the Crimson Chaos world effect
- Reduced the effectiveness of turn delaying skills (Delay Strike, etc) during early rounds in Blades of Finesse
- Manaflasks can no longer grant additional turns during the first 2 rounds in Blades of Finesse
- Fixed some pricing issues in the Crimson Festival's rewards section
